Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th
day of December , 1988 The following members were
present:_ Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-888
APPROVING GASOLINE SERVICE STATION LICENSES
WHEREAS, the City has received 13 applications for Gasoline Service Station
Licenses in accordance with Chapter XI, Section 1115.01, of the City Code, and
WHEREAS, all required fees and proof of insurances have been provided, and
WHEREAS, all necessary site inspections have been conducted.
NOW, PHEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY
RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Gasoline
Service Station Licenses are hereby approved
for the following applicants
for the period of January 1, 1989, through
December 31, 1989:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmemer Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker and Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed sad adopted.
