Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th
day of December , 1988 The following members were
present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Zitur _ introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-887
APPROVING TARGET AND TRAP SHOOTING LICENSE
FOR PLYMOUTH GUN CLUB, INC.
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for renewal of a Target and Trap
Shooting License from Plymouth Gun Club, Inc., in accordance with Chapter IX,
Section 930 of the City Code, and
WHEREAS, all required proof of insurance and fees have been received by the
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Target and Trap Shooting License is hereby approved
for Plymouth Gun Club, Inc., 4955 Holly Lane North, for the period of one year
from January 1, 1989, through December 31, 1989.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker and Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
