Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of December ,
,.µ.1988.. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou ,
following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmembgr Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88- 884
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
T.H. 55 AND REVERE LANE IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 815
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Increase muck excavation quantity by 8,350 cubic yards
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for T.H. 55 and Revere Lane Improvements, City Project
No. 815 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 2 for T.H. 55 and Revere Lane Improvements, City
,,-Project No. 815 by adding $26,302.50 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $1,059,605.85
Previous Change Orders - DELETE 6,092.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - ADD 26+302.50
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $1,079,816.35
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Magor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker and Zitur ,
The following voted against or abstained: None

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
