The following members were present: Mayor Schneider- Cnnnrilmomhara Vjaallin„ , Ricker and Zitur The following members were absent: Cnnnrilmemhpr stab Counrilmemher 2it„r introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-881 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND WILLOW MEADOWS 2ND ADDITION (88035) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated October 4, 1988, Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) In the Upper Miawest and Independent School District 284, developer of Willow Meadows 2nd Addition !88035), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portior of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: Fw5m Street Construction $ 66,085 $ 13,220 Sanitary Sewer 23,200 2,320 Watermain 61,340 3,767 Storm Sewer 42,680 5,466 Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 5,000 5,000 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs 450 450 Site Grading and Drainage Improvements (Sse Grading Permit #17071) -0- -0- Park and Trail Improvements 4,830 4,830 Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 24.430 49207 TOTAL $ 228,015 $ 39,262 That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above from $228,015 to $39,262 to reflect the completed work. Resolution No. 88-881 Page Two FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the bonding requirements for the following items per Section 8.1 of the approved development contract be reduced as follows: Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Flan Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Cash: Letter of Credit: $1,000 $1,000 $42,400 $21,200 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by wa �r , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted In favor thereof: Flavor Schneider, Councilniembers Vasiliou. Ricker and Zitur , The following voted against or abstained: _None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
