HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-879CITY OF PLYMOUTH r ,Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a resular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of December , 1988. Counci7members Vasilinu Ricker and Zitur --- The following members were absent: Cnunellepmher sick rnlyneilpr Rttw introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: _f RESOLUTION NO. 88- 879 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND FERNBROOK MANOR ADDITION (87128) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated October 18, 1988, Harold Hytjan, John A. Ess, Jr., Florence J. Ess, Corlett J. Ess, Marion D. Ess, Patrick W. Goff, and Carol E. Rhoades -Goff, developer of Fernbrook Manor Addition (87128), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: I= ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $ 40,112 $ 10,000 Sanitary Sewer 19,231 1,923 Watermain 17,130 1,713 Storm Sewer 16,596 1,660 Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 1,300 1,300 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs 150 150 Site Grading and Drainage Improvements (See Grading Permit #16801) -0- -0- Park and Trail Improvements 2,000 2,000 Design, Administration, Inspection, As -Be -,*Its 11'582 2.250 TOTAL $ 108,101 $ 20,996 That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above from $108,101 to $20,996 to reflect the completed work.
