Pursuaat to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day
of Decembex 19.8_ The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 88-874
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR HARBOR PLACE FOR HANS HAGEN
HOMES (81124) (RPUD 88-3)
WHEREAS, Hans Hagen has requested approval for Final Plat for Harbor Place
RPUD 88-3, a plat for 36 lots on 15.18 acres located east of Harbor Lane at
4th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Development Review Committee has reviewed said request and
recommends approval; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the RPUD Final
Plat/Plan and Development Contract for Hans Hagen for Harbor Place located
east of Harbor Lane at 4th Avenue North; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
