HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-865CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of December , 1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur , The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-865 ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING GONYEAS THIRD ADDITION WHEREAS, Resolution No. 88-818 of the City Council, adopted the 21st day of November 1988, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to street lighting improvements in Gonyeas Third Addition; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of ornamental residential street lights in Gonyeas Third Addition; and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 19th day of December 1988, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted December 19, 1988. 2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by Northern States Power. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Conncilmembers Vas 1toi_ Rirkpr , The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
