Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of
December .1988. The following menbers were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:

ADOPTING ASSESSMENT
DELINQUENT! BITER SPRINKLIM BAN VIOLATIONS
WHEF S, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council
has net and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed
for Delinquent water Sprinkling Ban Violations as provided by the City
Ordinances and has amlerde I such proposed assessment as it deems just;
NOW, TiEEiEFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED By THE CITY C OEMZM OE THE CITY OF
PLYNOLMI, MINIMUM
I. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and node a
part thereof, Is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special
assessment against the land named therein and each tract of lard herein
included is hereby bound to be identified by the ammmt of the `
assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessments shall be payable over a period of one year.
3. Assessments may be paid in full to the City of Plymouth Finance Director
by January 18, 1989 without additional charge. After January 18, 1989
daily interest change based on an annual. rate of 8.00! starting on
December 19, 1988 will be due in addition to the levisd assssoont. Tlne
last date a payment can be aocepted by the City of Plymouth is Nova d3er
15, 1989. After that date interest shall be added from the daft of this
resolution until December 31, 1990 and paynsent can only be meds to
Hannepin County with the 1990 property taxes.
4. The clerk shall forthwith transnit a certified duplicate of this
asnesamsnt to the County Finance Director to be extended an the proper
tax lists of the County and such assessments shall be collected and paid
over the name memner as other municipal taxes.
5. The total cont of the 1988 Delinquent water Sprinkling Ban Violations
assessed by this resolution are $200.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Ln„nrilmgmher Ricker and upon vote being taken th rA. , the
following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker and Zitur

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
