HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-838CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of December~ 19_.88 The following members were present: mayor Schneider Councilmembers vasiliou and Sisk The following members were absent: counci mem ers RIcker and Zitur Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 88- 838 APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CHARLES L. HANSEN FOR RADIO TOWERS AT 12525 47TH AVENUE NORTH IN EXCESS OF ACCESSORY USE MAXIMUM HEIGHT STANDARDS OF THE R -IA ZONE (88137) WHEREAS, Charles L. Hansen has requested a Conditional Use Permit to construct radio antennas of 75 feet and 25 feet as accessory structures in the R -IA Zone (15 feet permitted) at 12525 47th Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Charles L. Hansen for a Conditional Use Permit for two radio towers at 12525 47th Avenue North, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit is issued to Charles L. Hansen and shall not be transferable. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Cntinrilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
