HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-8300 CITY OF PLYM Unf Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st Clay of November 1988. The following were present: Mayor Schneider. Corn it mh rs Vasiliou, Ricker, Zifur and Sick The following members were absent: Nnnt- rminvilmamher Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adaption: WIMM, pursuant to the provision of Section 444.075 M.S.A. and Chapter VII, Section 720.16 and 720.45 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, a determination has been made that certain charges for delinquent water, sprinkling ban violations for parcels have not been paid as provided by law, and the total amount of such changes is $400. NOW, IHOW" E, BE IT HMW RElSMVED BY 7M CITY CDf1CIL OF Tim: CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIINKESM: 1. The anaunt of delinquency to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $400. 2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the Director of Finance, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed as provided by law; and the Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection. 3. The Clerk shall, upon the cnmpletion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof! Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following Voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
