HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-817CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rPg„1ar meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of November , 1988. The following members were present: , Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker. Zitur and Sisk , The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88- 817 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN OUTLOT A GROVES OFFICE PARK WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Northwestern National Life Insurance and Second RNWNL Limited Partnership has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility easement: That part of Outlot A, Groves Office Park according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, being 6.00 feet In width and lying northerly and westerly and adjacent to the following described lines: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Outlot A; thence North 610-07'-01" west along the south line of said Outlot A, a distance of 100.00 feet; thence south 890-58'-19" west, along the south line of said Outlot A a distance of 149.32 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence north 890-58'-19" east a distance of 149.32 feet; thence south 610-0'1'-01" east a distance of 100.00 feet; thence north 000-46'-27" west-, a distance of 329.51 feet and there terminating. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of December 19, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmamhers Vaai lnu- Riv , Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared:dL,ly passed and adopted.
