' Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of _ November ,
1988. The following members were present: HAvor Schneider- Gounci1memb_ersyas_i7in»_ ,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: one
Councilmemher Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-803
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
PINE RIDGE AT BASS LAKE ADDITION (86147)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated June 8, 1987, Scherber,
Bonine, Scherber Partnership, a Minnesota General Partnership, developer of Pine Ridge
at Bass Lake Addition (86147), has agreed to install certain improvements for said
development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading
as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the
completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:
Street Construction
Sanitary Sewer
Watermain
Storm Sewer
Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod
lornd or Ditch Construction
(See Grading Permit No. 10752)
Street Signs
Site Grading and Drainage Improvements
(See Grading Permit No. 10752)
Park and Trail Improvements
Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts

That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above
from $22,746 to $15,381 to reflect the completed work.

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the bonding requirements for the following items per
Section 8.1 of the approved development contract be reduced as follows:

and Sediment Control Plan
Street Sweeping and Storm
Sewer Cleaning Cash: $-0- $-0-
Letter of Credit: $-0- $-0-

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewet, watermain, storm sewer, street,
concrete curb and gutter, and trail construction is accepted for continual maintenance
as of November 7, 1988 subject to the One Year Guarantee by the developer.
The developer has requested that in lieu of the required One Year Maintenance Bond, the
City retain 10% of the contract amount for the items accepted with the exception of the
street and trail construction. He ha■ submitted the required maintenance bond for the
street construction and the trail construction.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider_ Counci members Vasiliou. Ricker, Zitur and Siak ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
