Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of November
1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. ,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88- 800
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 7
ZACHARY LANE WATER TREATMENT PLANT
CITY PROJECT NO. 431
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 7 has been prepared providing for the following:
A. Corridor Light Fixtures
B. Air Release Valves for Recycle Pumps
C. Hardware Additions
D. Valve Vault Grouting and Steps
E. Telephone Circuit to Elevator
F. Receptacles for Computer Equipment
G. Suspended Ceiling for Room 212
H. Valve Vault Sump
I. Access Hatches to Mechanical Equipment
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 7 for Zachary Lane Water Treatment Plant, City Project
No. 431 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 7 for the Zachary Lane Water Treatment Plant City
Project No. 431 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $3,500,956.00
Previous Change Orders 70,185.73
THIS CHANGE ORDER N0. 7 - ADR 6,304.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $3,577,445.73
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider- Conn 1 Pmh R Vasilio . Ricker. Zitur and Sisk ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
