The following members were present: , ]iggar SchnojdQr- Cn»nrilmamhora Vani1inti- Rirlrar, 7.ititr anti Siak , The following members were absent: Cminrilmomhor sir„r introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-797 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREP4RATION OF REPORT PROPOSING SCH14EDT LAKE ROAD CITY PROJECT NO. 705 BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota: 1. A certain petition submitted by DeVries Builders, Inc. requesting the improvements of Schmidt Lake Road as platted in the Wild Wings 2nd Addition from Zachary Lane to Yorktown Lane by the installation of storm sewer, curb and gutter, and street paving and all necessary appurtenances was filed with the Council on November 7, 1988 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners and property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota State Statutes, Sections 429.035. 2. The petitioner has waived his rights to public improvement hearings and special assessment hearings on this project for Wild Wings 2nd Addition. 3. The petition is hereby referred to Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the imprt:vement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by CntinrilmPmhPr Sink , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: mayor SrhnPidPr, CnunrilmPmhern Vasxilinn- RirkPr, , 7.4`iir and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: NnnP Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
