Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day
of November 19_3fL_ The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider_ Counrilmemhers Vasiliou, Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur _ introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 88- 794
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR SCHUETT INVESTMENT
COMPANY (85022)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Schuett Investment Company located at 1415 Olive Lane
was approved under City Council Resolution No. 85-398; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a cash deposit in the amount of $196,500.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council under Resolution No. 88-13 authorized the reduction
of the cash deposit to $102,250.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City Staff has inspected said site
and recommends reduction of the cash deposit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of
the cash deposit in the amount of $102,250.00, which was submitted to
guarantee siteimprovements for Schuett Investment Company located at 1415
Olive Lane, to $63,750.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded

the following voted in favor thereof: Magor Srhupipr, Coon ilm tubers Vasiliou,
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
