Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 88-779
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF THIRTY-SECOND AVENUE NORTH AND COUNTY
ROAD 24 (88112)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located in the Northeast Quadrant of Thirty -Second Avenue North and County
Road 24 from FRD (future restricted development) District to R -IA (low density
single family residence) District in conjunction with approval of the
Preliminary Plat for Plymouth Meadows for David Dahl.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
Plymouth Meadows for David Dahl, to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the
publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
