Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetin of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7t�i day
of November 19 S8 The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, ouncilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur
moved its adoption:
introduced the following Resolution and
RESOLUTION 88-778
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ROSE DITZLER TO KEEP AGRICULTURAL
ANIMALS IN THE R -IA ZONE AT 16925 COUNTY ROAD 24 (88112)
WHEREAS, Rose Ditzler has requested a Conditional Use Permit to keep
agricultural animals in the R -IA zone located at 16925 County Road 24; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for
Rose Ditzler for a Conditional Use Permit to keep agricultural animals in the
R -IA zone, subject to the following conditions:
I. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and
Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to Rose Ditzler as occupant of the parcel and shall
not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. The permit shall expire on July 31, 1989.
5. Animals kept shall he limited to 2 horses and 1 sheep.
6. This Conditional Use Permit shall become effective upon publication of
the ordinance rezoning the parcel to R -IA.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
