HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-776CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 77th day of November, 1922__ The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 88-776 APPROVING AMENDED RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR STEVE AND PAM RIZK (88097) RPUD 77-6 WHEREAS, Steve and Pam Rizk have requested approval for an amended Residential Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit for Jamestown RPUD for amended street set back to the North at 5075 Arrowood Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; 10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Residential Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit for Steve and Pam Rizk for Jamestown RPUD for amended street set back to the North at 5075 Arrowood Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. The side yard set back to Arrowood Lane of this lot is amended from 25 feet to 22 feet to allow construction of a single attached garage stall. 2. No other PUD amendments are approved. FURTHER, that the City Council finds the physical facts of this application to be unique to this lot and not generally applicable to other lots within this RPUD, of throughout the community. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken the qon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasirliou, following voted against or abstained None the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. _ The Whereupon
