Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day
of November, 1988 The following members were present:
Mavor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
ollowing members were absent:

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 88-775
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT
DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR VIC'S CONSTRUCTION (88085)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division/Consolidation for Vic's
Construction for property located at 6125 Forestview Lane, under Resolution
No. 88-774;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to filing of and regarding said Lot
Division/Consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing the Lot
Division/Consolidation with Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Sisk and upon vote being taken thereo�,
the following voted in favor thereof: ayor Schneider, Counci members asi Hou,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
