Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetingg of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7tfi day
of November 19 88 The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur
moved its adoption:
introduced the following Resolution and
RESOLUTION 88-774
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR VIC'S CONSTRUCTION FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 6125 FORESTVIEW LANE (88085)
WHEREAS, Vic's Construction has requested a Lot Division/Consolidation of
property from Lot 2, Block 2, "Oakwood Shores 2nd Addition", to be
consolidated with Lot 1, Block 1, "Oakwood Shores" to allow an existing garage
to remain on Lot 1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a Lot
Division/Consolidation of parcels described as follows:
PARCEL 1:
Lot 1, Block 1, OAKWOOD SHORES, according to the recorded plat thereof.
PARCEL 2:
Lot 2, Block 2, OAKWOOD SHORES 2ND ADDITION, according to the recorded
plat thereof.
to be divided and consolidated resulting in parcels described as follows:
PARCEL A:
Lot 1, Block 1, OAKWOOD SHORES, according to the recorded plat thereof;
also the west 9.00 feet of Lot 2, Block 2, OAKWOOD SHORES 24D ADDITION,
according to the recorded plat thereof.
PARCEL B
Lot 2, Block 2, OAKWOOD SHORES 2ND ADDITION, according to the recorded
plat thereof; EXCEPT the west 9.00 feet thereof.

FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation is
approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Sisk and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: May6r Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
