Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meet'ng of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the �tday
of November 1988 The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 88-772
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION FOR
CAD/CAM Limited Partnership (88106)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division for CAD/CAM Limited
Partnership for property located at 12855 State Highway 55 under Resolution
No. 88-773 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Division::
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
J. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with
Hennepin County.
4. Submittal of all necessary utility easements and cross easements for
parking and access prior to filing the Lot Division with Hennepin
County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur and upon vote bei�� tabken tVrQ�n
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Counci em ers asi ibu
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk _
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
