Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day
of November 19_U_ The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker. Zitur and Sisk _
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 88-770
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF I-494 AND C.R. 47 (88060)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located in the Southeast Quadrant of I-494 and C.R. 47 from FRD (Future
Restricted Development) District to R -IA (Low Density Single Family Residence)
District; R-2 (Low Density Multiple Residence) District; and, R-3 (Medium
Density Multiple Residence) District in conjunction with the approval of the
RPUD Preliminary Plat/Plan for Bass Lake Hills for CSM/Graham.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
Bass Lake Hills for CSM/Gi•aham, to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the
publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
