HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-766CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of November 1988. The following members were present: Ma or c neider, Counci members Vasiliou Ricker, Zitur and Sisk ' The following members were absent: None ek9r�r IF•kir kk4e�k Councilmember Sisk adoption: introduced the following Resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 88-766 AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR PONDING IN OUTLOT B - PRIME WEST BUSINESS PARK 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate certain drainage and utility easements and drainage easement for ponding in Prime West Business Park 2nd Addition; and WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for Nov. 7, 1988, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior to the meeting of Nov. 7, 1988; and WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on Nov. 7, 1988 to inform any and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of certain drainage and utility and drainage easements for ponding in Prime West Business Park 2nd Addition; and WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for public purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utility easement and drainage easement for ponding purposes be vacated: The perpetual easements for drainage and utVity easements and drainage easement for ponding in Outlot B, Prime West Business Park 2nd Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Cound members Vasiliou. Ricker. 7itur and , Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ,r*,t **k ,t*
