Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ regular _ meeting of the City Council of

the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of November ,
1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, COuncilmembers Vasiliou ,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk

introduced the following Resolution and moved its
RESOLUTION NO. 88-763
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN
OUTLOTS K, L AND M - PARKERS LAKE NORTH 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate certain drainage and utility easements in
Parkers Lake North 2nd Addition; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for Nov. 7, 1988
in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing war published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of Nov. 7, 1988 and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on Nov. 7, 1988 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of certain drainage and utility easements
in Parkers Lake North 2nd Addition and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utility easements be vacated:
All of the drainage and utility easements in Outlots K, L and M, all in
Parkers Lake North 2nd Addition, Hennepin County, Mn.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker, Zitur and Sisk ,
The following voted against or abstained: _{One
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
