The following manbers were absent: None Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOUn[ ION NO. 88-759 APPROVING DISBURSEMENTS POR T!E PERIOD ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1988 WHEREAS, A list of disbureemmts for the period ending Sept. 30, 1988 was presented to the City Council for approval; lei, MEW=, BE IT MMSY RESMVED BY 91E CM COUNM Q THE CITY Q PLYlDtfiil, MNNISM, that the Payment of the list of of the following funds is approved: Norweet Bank - Metrowest General Fund $ 630, 814.76 Construction Fund $ 1,151,018.51 Utilities PUnd $ 229,333.01 Metro Bank - Plymouth Office Homing & Redevelopnent Authority $ 64,959.17 GRAND 70TAL FUR ALL FUNDS $ 2,281.125.45 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution wee duly seconded by Councilme her Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mavoor srh, elder, rojenri Imbpmh.ara VAaj 11^,-.r� Ricker, 21tur and Riak The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adapted. Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Hennepin County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, November 7, 1988, commencing at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Virgil Schneider, Council Members Lloyd Ricker, Maria Vasiliou, Robert Zitur, and Jerry Sisk. and the following were absent: None. The Mayor announced that the next order of business was consideration of the bids which had been received for the purchase of the City's $1,050,000 General Obligation Taxable Tax Increment Bonds of 1988, as advertised for sale. The City Clerk presented affidavits showing publication of the notice of sale in the City's official newspaper and in Co®ercial West, a financial paper published in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which affidavits were examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file. The City Clerk presented a tabulation of the bids which had been received in the manner specified in the Official Notice of Sale of the Bonds. The bids were as follows:. See Bid Tabulation Attached.
