Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Rnerial meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 24th day
of October, 193,_ The following members were present:
Mayor Schnei::.r. Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
r.nunrilmemher Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 88 - 741
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR GRABOWSKI ADDITION FOR GERALD GRABOWSKI (88083)
WHEREAS, Gerald Grabowski has requested approval for Final Plat for the
Grabowski Addition, a plat for two lots on 1.82 acres located on Pineview Lane
at 56th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Development Review Committee has reviewed said request and
recommends approval pursuant to Policy Resolution 83-125
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for
Gerald Grabowski for the Grabowski Addition located on Pineview Lane at 56th
Avenue North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by rnf.nrilmPmhPr Ricker and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Uasi?inu, Rirkor Zifur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
