Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of
October 1988. The follcaing were present: Mayor Schneidpr�
Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker_ zit4r antiSisk
The following mimUers were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-734
INCLUDE CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS AS EMPWYEES WITHIN MINNESOTA WORKERS'
CO IPENSATION LAW
WHEREAS, the law enables elected officials of cities to be covered, and
WHEREAS, the City Council's intent is that its' members be included as
employees,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MUMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYM7flt'H, MINNESOTA:
that City Council members of the City of Plymouth Minnesota be covered by
Minnesota Workers' Ccnpensation Law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�ouncilmember Zitur —arid upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
