Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th
day of October , 19 88 The following members were

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker inLoduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-731A
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 88-680
WHEREAS, on October 3, 1988, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 88-680
levying property taxes payable in 1989, and
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Auditor's office has informed the City that it will
not be able to levy property taxes for the storm sewer improvement tax district
in 1989, and
WHEREAS, a resolution is proposed reallocating the property taxes payable in
1989.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Resolution No. 88-680 is hereby rescinded.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The lowing
voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
