Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _rggij ar , meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17rh day of
October , 1988. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker. Zitur and Sick ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-729
APPROVING ADOPTION OF FIVE YEAR IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
1989 - 1993
WHEREAS, the City Council has developed a Capital Improvements Program for the
year 1989 through 1993; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been reviewed by the Planning Commission as
to consistency with all local comprehensive plans; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been reviewed by the public at a public
hearing conducted on August 24, 1988.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Capital Improvements Program for the year 1989
through 1993, attached to the Octoter 10, 1988 memorandum from Chester
Harrison, City Engineer, is hereby adopted as the official Capital
Improvements Program for the City of Plymouth.
FURTHER, that the program, as presented, is amended to include the following
trunk sanitary sewer and watermain in 1989:
1. Trunk sanitary sewer in district NC -7 from Points 17 to 18.
2. Trunk watermain along West Medicine Lake Drive from County Road
9 to 45th Avenue.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

voted in favor thereof: _ Mayor Schneider_ Counrilmemhers Ricker. Zitur ,
and Sick _
The following voted against or abstai;,ed: Councilmember Vasiliou
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
