Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day
Of October, 19A&_ The following members were present:

CminrilmPmhor Ricker introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 88-707
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTY FOR RON CLARK CONSTRUCTION
(87004)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Ron Clark Construction located at 3501 Xenium Lane
was approved under City Council Resolution No. 87-143; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guaranty in the
form of a Letter of Credit in the amount of $140,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City Staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the Financial Guaranty;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reiease of
the Letter of Credit No. 87-10 in the amount of $140,000.00 which was
submitted to guarantee the site improvements for Ron Clark Construction
located at 3501 Xenium Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Cminrilmatnhor 7itttr , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Magnr Srhnpidpr- CnnnrilmPmhurc

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
