Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of October,
19g$_ The following members were present: mayor Schneider.

The following members were absent: None
.o,n it Cmher Dicker introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 88-693
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR RED
ROOF INNS, INC. (88091)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Consolidation for Red Roof Inns, Inc.,
for property located at the northeast corner of 26th Avenue North and Annapolis Lane
under Resolution No. 88-692 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to issuance of
Building Permit in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of
Building Permit Issuance.
4. No Building Permit to be issued unitl the Lot Consolidation is filed with
Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption nf the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: _ Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk The
following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pas
and adopted.
