Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinq of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of October 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schne d-er,-Touncilmembers Vasi ou, Ricker,
Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
CounclImember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and proved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-688
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR FERN@ROOK MANOR (87128)
WHEREAS, Patrick Goff, Goff Homes, Inc. has requested approval for a Final Plat for
Fernbrook Manor, a plat for one lot and one outout located at 45th Avenue North and
Fernbrook Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Patrick Goff for Fernbrook Manor located at 45th Avenue North and
Fernbrook Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counclimember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor, hneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker,
Zitur and Sisk The following
voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
