Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day
of October, 19 88 The following members were present:

Councilmember Ricker
moved its adoption:
introduced the following Resolution and
RESOLUTION 88-685
APPROVING MIXED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (MPUD) FINAL PLAN/PLAT AND
DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR GROVES OFFICE PARK 2nd ADDITION FOR RNWNL LTD.
PARTNERSHIP/RYAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (88049) (MPUD 86-1)
WHEREAS, RNWNL Ltd. Partnership/Ryan Construction has requested approval for
an MPUD Final Plan/Plat for Groves Office Park 2nd Addition for one lot for an
office tower of 206,451 square feet and a 570 -car, two-level parking lot on
6.23 acres, and one Outlot located west of the County Road 18 Service Road at
8th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITE OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the MPUD Final
Plan/Plat and Development Contract for RNWNL Ltd. Partnership/Ryan
Construction Company for Groves Office Park 2nd Addition located west of the
County Road 18 Service Road at 8th Avenue North; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, ornrilmemher�
Vasiliou. Ricker. Zitt.er and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
