Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of October , 1988.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers asiliou,
Ricker Zitur and Sisk

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
a opt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-679
ADOPTING 1989 OPERATING BUDGETS
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the propcsed budgets as prepared by the City
Manager for the fiscal year commencing January 1, 1989; and
WHEREAS, this Council on September 13 conducted a public hearing on the proposed
budgets and has further studied the budget during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the 1989 operating budgets for all special revenue funds and the
various other funds are hereby approved and adopted:
General Fund Budget $9,761,400
Recreation Fund Budget 469,200
Forestry Fund Budget 223,400
Water Fund Budget 2,226,700
Sewer Fund Budget 3,192,200
Central Equipment Fund Budget 1,407,800
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council concurs in the 1989 Plymouth Housing and
Redevelopment Authority budget in the amount of $493,000.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: ayor, chneider, Councilmembers Vasillou,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
