Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of October , 19R8.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Rtekar _ 7_i tur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None

adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-673
SCHEDULING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR BANNER ENGINEERING CORPORATION
ON THE ISSUANCE OF APPROXIMATELY $2,750,000 OF
REFUNDING INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS
WHEREAS, the City Manager has been requested by representatives of Banner Engineering
Corporation to redeem and refinance previously issued industrial development revenue
bonds; and
WHEREAS, the agreements previously entered into between the City and Banner with
respect to these projects provide for such request to be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that a public hearing be scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Monday, October 24, 1988
upon the request of Banner Engineering Corporation on the issuance of approximately
$2,750,000 of Refunding Industrial Development Revenue Bonds to refinance two
Industrial development projects undertaken and financed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Chapter 474 (now Chapter 469), by the City and Banner Engineering Corporation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n avor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Bicker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopt
