HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-667CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rPg„1ar meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Ira day of p,ct.h-x , 1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Counci me he G Vacilin, , Rirkpr - 7i trnr and Si Q4 - The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced tii following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-667 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND ARMSTRONG RIDGE ADDITION (80011) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated July 19, 1982, Ridge Development, developer of Armstrong Ridge Addition (80011), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: WW Street Construction $ Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs (Pd. per Tom Vetsch) Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Site Grading and Drainage Improvements Park and Trail Improvements Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts TOTAL 43,155 $ -0- 15,328 -0- 25,550 -0- 15,260 -0- 3,200 -0- -0- -0- 300 -0- 1,500 -0- 500 -0- 50,000 4,000 -0- -0- 18.515 480 $ 173,368 $4,480 That the letter of credit required be reduced front $25,356 to $4,480 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by C'ouncilmemhnr 74t,.r , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Schneider. Councilmemhers Vaailirni, Rirkurt 7jr-r and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
