Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re¢ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Ird day of
October , 1988. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Schneider% Counrllmembers Vagilinn_ Rirkor_ Zitur and Sisk ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88- 646
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
SANITARY SEWER - SOUTH OF MOONEY LAKE
WHEREAS, a petition has been received by the City to construct sanitary sewer
along County Road 6; and
WHEREAS, to beat evaluate the location of said sanitary sewer, a Preliminary
Engineering Report is required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: Accept receipt of the attached petition and order
Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc., to prepare a Preliminary
Engineering Report for sanitary sewer extension, south of Mooney Lake.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cminrilmomhor 74ru,= , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor SchnPidPr- Cni,nrilinomheiS Vasiliou-
Ricker. ZiCur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
