HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-644CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of October, 1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk , TLe following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-644 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A STREET EASEMENT WITHIN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 11 DOCUMENT NO. 3226706 DEERWOOD TRAIL ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Edward Johnston has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following street easement: The East 19 1/2 feet of the South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; and the East 19 1/2 feet of the North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/2; and the East 19 1/2 feet of the North 19 1/2 feet of the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 and the North 19 1/2 feet of the South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, all in Section 11-118-22 Hennepin County, MN. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of November 7, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Cnuncilmpmhpr Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider.
