Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of October ,
1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou ,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Couneilmember Sisk introduced the following Resol,!tion and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUZION NO. 88-643
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 6
ZACHARY LANE WATER TREATMENT PLANT
CITY PROJECT NO. 431
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 6 has been prepared providing for the following:
A. Elevator floor
B. Filter control modifications
C. Pipe insulation protection saddles
D. Painting of filter room ceiling
10 AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 6 for Zachary Lane Water Treatment Plant, City Project
No. 431 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY NESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 6 for the Zachary Lane Water Treatment Plant is
recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $3,500,956.00
Previous Change Orders 64,056.73
THIS CHA'iGE ORDER NO.6 6.129.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $3,571,141.73
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
