HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-622F CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of October , 19_!_8_ The following members were present: Schneider, Ricker, Sisk, Zitur, Vasiliou The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 88- 622 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR WAYZATA SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 284 FOR "GLEASON LAKE SCHOOL" (88036) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for Gleason Lake School as requested by Wayzata School District No. 284; NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permit. 3. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 4. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 5. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat. 6. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 7. Access shall be limited to internal public roads and prohibited from: a. County Road 101 (formerly State Highway 101) (continued on next page) Resolution 88-622 Page 2 8. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. 9. Provision of a Covenant encumbering Outlot A to Lot 1, Block 1 for conveyance purposes. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the followin voted in favor thereof• Schneider, icker, Sisk, Zitur, Vasillou The following voted against or abstained """` Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
