Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a 'ao„r lameeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3ra day
of October, 19_18_ The following members were
present: Schneider. Ricker, Sisk, Zitur, Vasiliou
The following members were
absent: None
.ounrilmem}er Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 88- 621
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR WAYZATA SCHOOL DISTRICT NO.
284 FOR "GLEASON LAKE SCHOOL" (88036)
WHEREAS, Wayzata School District No. 284 has requested approval for Final Plat
for Gleason Lake School for one lot and one outlot located at the northeast
quadrant of County Road 101 and First Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and
Development Contract for Wayzata School District No. 284 for Gleason Lake
School located at the northeast quadrant of County Road 101 and First Avenue
North; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur
and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor
thereof: Schneider. Ricker. Sisk, Zitur, Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
