Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day
of October, 19$$_ The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-615
APPROVING RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAN/PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT
CONTRACT FOR EDWARD T. JOHNSTON FOR DEERWOOD TRAILS (RPUD 88-1) (88016)
WHEREAS, Edward T. Johnston has requested approval for Final Plat and
Development Contract for Deerwood Trails; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and
Development Contract for Edward T. Johnston for Deerwood Trails (RPUD 88-1)
located on the east side of Schmidt Lake between Larch Lane and Zachary Lane;
and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Vasiliou. Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
