Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of October,
19 88 The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Coui,cilmemher Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 88-613
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION/LOT
CONSOLIDATION FOR CHARLES STEPHAN/CITY OF PLYMOUTH (88115)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division/Consolidation for Charles
Stephan/City of Plymouth for property located at 15 Pineview Lane under Resolution
No. 88-612 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Division/Lot Consolidation:
. 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water drainage
facilities.
4. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Division/Lot
Consolidation with Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Bicker. Zitur and Sisk The
following voted against or abstained None Whereupon
the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
