HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-611CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of October, 1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schne der, ouncilmem ers as iou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The folTowing members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-611 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION, AND GRANTING VARIANCE FOR GENE PAULSOM (881050 WHEREAS, The City Council has approved a Lot Division/Consolidation for Gene Paulson for property located at 24th Avenue North and Larch Lane, under Resolution No. 88-610; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Division/Consolidation: 1. Compliance with Engineer's Memorandum. 2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. 3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water drainage facilities. 4. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division/Consolidation is filed with Hennepin County. 5. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing the Lot Division/Consolidation with Hennepin County. 6. Variances are approved for lot width at the setback line and lot size to conform with the prior platted dimensions of the lots except as modified by this Lot Division/Consolidation action. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow nq voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
