Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
10 the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of October ,
1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Coun ilm mhprayasilinu ,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-602
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
SANITARY SEWER AND WATER TRUNK FACILITIES
BASS LAKE PLAZA ADDITION
CITY PROJECT NO. 832
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 88-569 of the Citv Council adopted the 13th day of September,
1988, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to utility improvements for the
Bass Lake Plaza Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of sanitary sewer and watermain
trunk facilities to serve the Bass Lake Plaza Addition; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of
the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 3rd day of October,
1988, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA;
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted September 13, 1988.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasi_lion , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Maynr Schneider- Cnttnri1mPmharQ Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitnr and Sick,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
