Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was"held on the _3rd day of

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88- 599
ADOPT [NG ASSESSMENT
1988 DELINQUENT WATER, SEWER, STREW!` LIGKrING
OR ANNUAL STREET LIG MING
WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council
has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessments
for 1988 Delinquent Utilities or Annual Street Lighting Charges as provided by
the City Ordinances and has amended such proposed assessment as it deans just;
NOW, TIiMFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY 7M CITY COUNCIL OF IME CITY OF
PLYMOM, MIMESMA:
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part thereof, is hereby accepted and shell constitute the special
assessment against the land named therein and each tract of land herein
included is herety bound to be identified by the amunt of the
assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessments shall be payable over a period of one year.
3. Assessments may be paid in full to the City of Plymouth Finance Director
by November 3, 1988 without additional charge. After November 3, 1988
daily interest charge based on an annual rate of 8.00% starting on
October 3, 1988 will be due in addition to the levied assessment. The
last date a payment can be accepted by the City of Plymouth is November
15, 1988. After that date interest shall be added from the date of this
resolution until December 31, 1989 and payment can only be made to
Nennegir. County with the 1989 property taxes.
4. The clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this
assessment to the County Finance Director to be extended on the proper
tax lists of the County and such assessments shall be collected and paid
over the same manner as other municipal taxes.
5. The total cost of the 1988 Delinquent Utilities or Annual Street
Lighting Charges assessed by this resolution are $181,408.43
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
