Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of
September 1988. The following were present: Mayor Schneider. _
Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker and Zitur.
The following members were absent:Counsilmember Sisk

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO -88- 596
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER 410 ENTER IMIO AN AGREEMENT
WITH CHARLES BAILLY & COMPANY FUR 1988 AUDITING SERVICES
WHEREAS, Seifert, Betts & Co., Ltd., Certified Public Accountants, have
capably provided auditing services to the City of Plymouth for several years
and
WHEREAS, James Seifert from Siefert, Betts & Company, Ltd. has combined with
Charles Bailly & Company , and
WHEREAS, Charles Bailly & Company, Certified Public Accountants, have
submitted a proposal for auditing services for 1988, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to enter into an agreement for auditing services,
and
NOW, MMEKM, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYM M, MINNESOTA, that is should and hereby does direct the Mayor and City
Manager to enter an agreement with Charles Bailly & CcnpwW for 1988 auditing
services in the amount of $21,500 and
FUR M, the costs related to auditing services shall be expended from the
various appropriate accounts in relation to the actual audit time expended.
The motion for the adaption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

voted in favor thereof; Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
