Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 13th day of
September I 19_g$_• The following members were
present: Mayor Schneider, Counc'lm s R kerma Zitur and Sink
The following mvffbers were absent: Councilmemher Vasilinn
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 88-- 595
RESOLUTION DENYING MINNEGASCO REQUEST
WHEREAS, Minnegasco has requested permission to construct a 12' x 12' concrete
building within Parkers Lake Park, and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has reviewed said request and found an
alternative solution is available to locate this building,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the request to build a concrete building in Parkers
Lake City Park is denied.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councijmepber Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Ma..,,,.
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
