Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the _13th day of _-September ,
1988. The following members were present: MaXor Schneider., CnnnciImemhert Vasilion ,
Ricker and Zitur
The following members were ibeent: Cn%inrilmamher sick
Cnnncilmemher Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-583
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
WEST MEDICINE LAKE TERRACE (80008)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated January 12, 1983, B -T Land
company, developer of West Medicine Lake Terrace (80008), has agreed to install certain
improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading
as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the
completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required be reduced from $1,792 to $500 to reflect the
completed work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
