HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-583CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the _13th day of _-September , 1988. The following members were present: MaXor Schneider., CnnnciImemhert Vasilion , Ricker and Zitur The following members were ibeent: Cn%inrilmamher sick Cnnncilmemher Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-583 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND WEST MEDICINE LAKE TERRACE (80008) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated January 12, 1983, B -T Land company, developer of West Medicine Lake Terrace (80008), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: JTZ ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $ 139,660 $ -0- Sanitary Sewer 103.285 -0- Watermain 92,100 -0- Storm Sewer 31,330 -0- Boulevard and Drainag- Swale Sod 18,000 400 Pond or Ditch Constru Lion -0- -0- Street Signs 600 -0- Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 2,000 100 Site Grading and Drainage Improvements 128,420 -0- Park and Trail Improvements -0- -0- Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 5,000 -0- Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 62.447 -0_ TOTAL $ 582,842 $ 500 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $1,792 to $500 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, .o un i,lmembers Va-gi lino R,ieker . pnd Zitur , The following voted against or abstained: -_ Non. _ Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
