Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of September ,
1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou ,
Ricker and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Courcilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-582
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
WIND RIDGE AT BASS LAKE 5TH ADDITION (A-755)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated May 16, 1984, Builders
Development, Inc., developer of Wind Ridge at Bass Lake 5th Addition (A-755), has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading
as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the
completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:
Street Construction
Sanitary Sewer System (services included
with cost of watermain)
Watermain System b Sanitary Sewer Services
Storm Sewer
Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod
Pond or Ditch Construction
Street Signs
Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning
Site Grading
Park and Trail Improvements
Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment
control plan
Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts

That the letter of credit required be reduced from $7,750 to $896 to reflect the
completed work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing, Resolution was duly seconded by
Cnuncilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
